Re: Fuel pump problems?

Re: Fuel pump problems?
It might make it start easily, but it's long term use is not good for any engine.
If the engine doesn't start correctly then you would be much better finding and curing the problem properly.

Re: Fuel pump problems?
My fuel pump is new but I find similar symptoms, an evident lack of fuel to the engine after a period of a couple of weeks without running. I recently towed the car on a trailer to Spain and the same problem occurred when I tried to start it. I doubt that evaporation could be the cause - where woul...

Re: Fitting a charging light
I've got the wiring diagram to make your own version of this LED indicator, and therefore much cheaper.
Unfortunately beyond my abilities to make though.

My Lomax 223 had a Boyer Bransden fitted and ran well. However, have just fitted a Lumenition Optronic system to improve reliability and remove the weak link i.e the contact breaker. Am also using a Boyer Bransden coil which seems to be working well too. It is mounted on the Boyer heat sink which a...
Re: lomax 223

If it is going back into a channel shaped frame I asked the glass company for some nylon flat spacers and put these in the bottom section so that the glass was held probably 5mm from the bottom of the channel. Then dry fitted the glass to the complete frame to check it fitted. You might also need sp...
