I'm a virgin engine re-builder and I fitted my new rings then picked up a gritty tool with my oily rubber gloves
. So I thought I had better start again and clean it all. Much harder to get those rings off than on 
.If not I will buy a new set and have top and scrappers to spare. Sods law DPD will be here within the hour with my order from ECAS of other parts. Still I guess I will be doing a few more of those.
