Helping a friend with a Lomax restoration, and seats are needed.
Looking to purchase perhaps from a breaker, but thought a member may have some experience of suitable seats to fit
the fairly narrow cockpit, preferably with runners, and with folding backs.
Any advice welcome.

MG Midget, Fiat 126, A35 etc but you'll not find them in breakers yard these days. Have a wander round an Auto Jumble maybe.
Another possibility are the rear facing jump seats you see in Volvo estates. They're often trimmed in black leather. Try ebay.

Hi a popular and more obtainable seat is the back seats of the Renault Scénic. They are on runners, fold and come with a headrest. Might be Worth a try regards Roger

Hi....If you look down the Club for sale list you will/should find my advert for a very nice pair of folding seats with built in headrests which were originally fitted to my Lomax. Took them out because I had some rather nice leather seats to replace them. Regards Ron

Hi...SORRy....just checked for sale items and my seats no longer there ! They are similar to the Renault ones shown but not quite the same .I believe they are rear seats from one of the Renault models but not sure which one. If you are interested please Email me and I will send you some pictures.
