Lomax build manual

Hi
Does anyone have a build manual, possibly in pdf format (as I live in France), I cant seem to find one on the net, even on the Lomax web site where half the pages aren't chopped off.

I have a copy of a Lomax document titled ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS. It's 20 pages and as far as I know there are no pages missing, though, without a contents list, I can't be certain. It's a PDF, size 726 KB. Just let me know how to get it to you if you want a copy.
