At my MOT recently I was told new ruleing from Brussels is that we have to fit a seat belt to the drivers side only,fit reflective No plates,hazard warning lights and headlights to come on with the ignition.Has any one had the same instructions?.

I'd suspect that regs like this cannot be applied retrospectively. Otherwise every Vintage car would be liable to follow them...
