Hi
Has anyone an actual wiring diagram for a 2cv, ideally basic 80's model without lighting relays and small speedo
Not one with just the end terminals - as Haynes manuals
I've a fair wiring harness but some of it has been stripped back and needs making good (around the regulator etc)

Re: Good wiring diagram
Most 2CV harnesses will be cracking on for 30 years old now. Unless cost is a huge issue then a new loom is best. There's nothing special about the Citroën loom so any universal one will work. Try Langy's Rod Shop for a good quality basic loom.
If you're determined to use the old one then I think there's a good diagram on the 2CV Stuff website.

Re: Good wiring diagram
My Lomax ignition coil is mounted on the engine between the starter motor and the gear change linkage. For some unknown reason, the handbrake linkage assemby has started to foul the left hand ignition lead, when the handbrake is applied, pulling the lead off the coil terminal. The only solution seems to be to move the coil- can anyone suggest a good position, where it will neither be drenched nor roasted? Thanks, Patrick
Complete set of Pass4sure 4A0-100 exam questions and ISM to provide complete knowledge so you will pass your Princeton University exam in first try. good luck

Re: Good wiring diagram
Gearlever is now fouling the coil because it's loose and moving round its shaft. Next thing will be you can't get first or reverse. Reposition and tighten.
It could also go further forward on top of the gearbox. Make a bracket and secure with the gearbox studs.
Ooops - you're talking about the handbrake not gearlever. Same sort of answer. Now fouling because is wearing and out of adjustment. Same answer. Best solution is make a new bracket and put it somewhere else.
