MOT testing latest info from FBHVC

Dear all,
Regarding changes to our MOT system according to the EU directive.
As you will have read in my last Flat Out article the FBHVC told me at a meeting in the NEC show that they were preparing a document to go to DfT to take this matter forward. Here attached is the latest FBHVC news letter. Paragraph 3 has the latest "News" on this matter.
