2CV Petrol Tank to Filler Pipe Adapter

Has anyone got one of these stepped rubber adapter hanging about? Could you measure each ID for me please?

Hi Geoff,
couldn't find one of the rubber sleeves, but the ODs of the filler neck and tank inlet stub are 44mm & (approx) 56mm, if that's of any help... ;)
