Replacing hazard switch on Lomax
Hi all. I am hoping to replace the hazard light switch on my Lomax 223 with a non 2cv one. I thought this would be a relatively easy task!
I know where all the wires go on the new switch as it came with a simple wiring diagram. What I don't know is where the seven wires on the Citroen multiplug come from. They are numbered 1-7 and are colour coded but I am struggling to trace them. I must admit that auto-electrickery is not my strong point. Any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like auto-electrickery is no-one's strong point!

Hi Tony,
The Haynes 2CV manual has some wiring diagrams which give some indication of where things go.

The citroen hazard switch is a clever and complicated beast. It allows you to use one flasher unit on switched (indicators) and unswitched(Hazard) circuits.
Replace at your peril.

Hope this helps,
as callum says more complicated than std setup but most useful if you can fathom it.
Not sure if colours correspond with your loom but it should give you a good guide where to look

If you are not getting anywhere with this try:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hazard-Flash ... rmvSB=true
it works for me extremely well on my Burton and was very easy to retrofit.
Best wishes
