Petrol filler hose sourcing

I have recently obtained a Lomax 223 and having great fun driving it.
Whilst giving it the once over when I got it I noticed the petrol filler hose under the boot floor is perished and needs replacing. I am having problems finding a suitable hose.
The fuel filling system has 2 hose sections:-
One from the filler cap to a metal elbow in the boot floor - this hose is ok.
One from the elbow to the tank spigot, approximately 220mm long & has perished.
The complication to replacing the perished hose is that the outlet side of the elbow has a 48mm diameter, but tank spigot diameter is about 45mm . So a piece of standard straight 45mm hose will not fit!
Can anyone identify a hose application that will fit?

I took my perished one to motosave, they found a match, and it was only a couple of quid, hope this helps,

I used 45mm blue petrol/oil resistant silicon hose (not standard silicon radiator hoses) from Auto Silicon Hoses (they are on ebay). I have just tried an offcut of this hose and it fits over a 48mm spigot.
Having mocked up filler hose arrangements using rubber radiator hoses, I left one of these in petrol overnight, when it dried out it was hard and brittle, I suspect that it will be radiator hoses that your local motor factor has in stock.

Thanks for the suggestions. I found a VW filler hose that is 48mm id that suits one end, but easilly pulls down onto the 45mm spigot at the other end.
