Couldn’t you just buy a 2cv hazard switch .?

Or get hold of a Car Builder Solutions catalog issue 31 (free in UK)
https://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/
And check out page 117 for several hazard circuits and all the parts you need.

Well as Howard says you could buy a new sw from Neil at CBS but I prefer to keep wiring at the dash as simple as possible.
Getting up under the dash when no longer young and spritely is taxing enough to play with 3 wires let alone seven, Especially if first time you get one wrong and have to dive down there again.

I much prefer to mount the flasher relay on the bulkhead and then ideally adjacent or as close as feasible mount the relay, then bulk of the interconns can be done with ease standing, sitting or crouching over the engine bay. Plenty of light as well, and then just the three wires to the dash for the sw.
