Re: Engine change
Hi which BMW engine? If its a R850 or R1100 there is a kit, gearbox and flywheel adaptor, you will also need all the ancillaries, ECU Throttle bodies exhaust pipes etc. Or if you go with carbs you will need an electronic ignition unit (Pazon from NZ for example). Ron is your man for advise on all this... Soz Ron!

Re: Engine change
John,
The Pembleton "optional extras" list that came with my kit last year lists BMW conversion at £490 and BMW stainless steel exhaust and manifold at £185. You would need to devise a engine mount for a Citroen chassis car as Pembletons have a different arrangement. Prices for Moto Guzzi conversions were simular.

That's Ron Bishop SW area Rep. contact details in Flat Out. Ron has a superb Blue Lomax fitted with a BMW R850 (and a unique lift up hard top)!
