Does anybody have the dimension.. Centre of Crank to bottom of the sump pan.
Weight of Engine ?
Do the have removable sump pan ?

Crank centre to bottom of sump 170 mm approx
Sump pan drops straight down away from main engine ,oil capacity 1.8 L
You can get a oil sump extension that nearly doubles the oil capacity which is good for our use, the long distance racers
Use them
That adds 50mm under the engine not really a problem with a car.
Total bike weight 182 kg , no separate engine weight in the service manual.

Looking at replacement engine options, for a 4x4 2cv.
Extra drop at the sump, not good for a 4x4.
Has anybody maybe the racers done a dry sump setup?
